High rollers relax in exclusive VIP suites, and there's a classic Men's Club where clients can enjoy warm-lather shaves while watching a flat-screen TV. Don't forget the secluded rooftop garden. Tip: the staff at the front desk can be extremely rude, but if you can get past that you will have a great experience. Consider it a rite of initiation.

Mark keeps his stylists up-to-date with classes every Tuesday night. The decor is a little outdated, with a "retro" Barbie picture adorning the back wall, but Mark Giuliano's friendly eyes will invite you into his salon. Be specific with your requests for hairdos--- pictures and vivid descriptions will help the stylists understand your request. Also, make sure you get an estimate on the price before they start- junior stylist tend to be just as expensive and with less experience (and will add conditioning treatments to the price when you didn't even ask grrrrrr....). Bottomline: Mark knows hair- and if you can't get him, don't ask for a junior stylist- just wait.
