Although not a frequenter myself, the Sausage Guy is a Fenway institution. You can smell his cart a mile away as he continues to feed Fenway residents and Red Sox fans alike.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Millions of fans have come to know The Sausage Guy and his tasty weiners. He's become a legendary cult figure and entertainer among celebrities and mobs of screaming fans who pop over to his cart when they get the late night urge for the "other white meat." He's served his tasty dogs to Jerry Springer, Lenny Clark, The Phantom Gourmet and a cavalcade of sports figures.

"The third location from the partners who brought "pane Romano" (literally Roman bread) to this area. It's not bread, but rather very thin pizza spread with highly seasoned toppings. Add to that homecooked entrees, simple salads, a handful of desserts, and a very stylish place where you can spread out with your laptop. Like the other locations in Harvard Square and Weston Center, this Campo is also becoming a meeting place." (Sheryl Julian, Globe staff | December 22, 2005)
Great Authentic Italian food, you can get a great tasting combo with a sandwich and either soup, salad or pizza, plus a drink, for around $6.60.

Housed within the Howard Johnson Hotel - this is the same venerable Hong Kong that you may know from Harvard Square. Scorpion bowls and all those other very strong, tropically influenced drinks are available along with the Chinese food. No Msg, Very Friendly service. the layout is strange - as it is in an old HowardJ's. dont let that fool you... The prices are great, $4-10 for most dishes.
Tip: I would only avoid going there before or after games... or else you'll be sitting near 5 pot-bellied dudes getting liquored up and loud as hell before a Sox game.

Your favorite giant conglomerate pizza delivered to you. yeah. If you've lost your phone, never fear: order online! (Beware: their cheesy bread sticks are slightly addicting).
