The Copley Square BSC is a great addition to this ever expanding empire of fitness. With a junior Olympic sized pool, a spinning studio, a yoga and pilates studio, and a separate aerobics studio with a bevy of classes to offer, this is not your traditional boring gym. The Boylston Street studio of the multi-nationally known Dahn Yoga Center is an oasis tucked on the 2nd floor of a building, above the bustle of the city below. All those seeking a place to come and relax and shake off the stress of fast-paced urban living are welcome. Class offerings are not those that one encounters in other yoga studios, and include Tai Chi, DahnMuDo (non-combative martial art), Stretching, Vibration, Mixed Flow, and Intestine classes designed to rid the body of toxins accumulated in the intestinal tract. Su Haeng sessions on awakening the individual spirit are available after completing the once monthly offering of Shim Sung, an awakening of the soul exercise.
The focus of Dahn practice differs from other Yoga practice in its intense focus on the brain, by creating the tools necessary to improve the health and well being of the individual, family, and society as a whole. Their Best 5 Program is a unique progression used to simply maximize your brain's effectiveness. Personal instruction sessions are available.
