A North End gem for casual take out and dine in. Off the beaten track and tucked away from the craziness of Hanover and Salem Street, Hot Tomatoes is known to North Enders for giving good food fast.

The Fours - Powered By EveryScape The Four's is a good place to go to hang out with some friends and watch some games. Every place you sit in the bar has at least three tv's you can watch comfortably. The food is standard pub food and isn't pricey. If you're looking for something that really feels like a Boston baaaah, then this is a decent place to go.

Tutto Italiano is a thriving Salumeria situated in Boston's Historic North End. There are three shopping aspects to our store: freshly cooked foods, deli meats and cheeses, and dry grocery goods from Italy. Tutto Italiano is noted for the fresh mozzarelle Joe makes daily as well as a changing array of baked pasta dishes, fresh sausage, paninni and other ready to take away delicacies. Bella Luna has been serving great food to folks from JP since 1993. The interior has a funky decor (with work by local artists) and you eat off of hand drawn plates (like those ones you did in elementary school). But it's the pizza (and other food) that is what folks come for.

The Simple Simon pizza (just mozzarella and sauce) starts at $5 for the small, but try some of the more exciting combos: Manny's Grand Slam (white pizza with garlic mashed potatoes, bacon, cheddar and scallions served with sour cream); La Sophia (pesto, chicken artichoke hearts); or the Latin Quarter (chicken, avocado, cheddar, bacon, jalapenos). Or you can also create your own galatic pie or calzone. Bella Luna also serves up appetizers, entrees, sandwiches and superior salads. They offer a full take out menu and deliver to JP. They also have a Party Take Out Menu - which is super handy for times when you want to have the gang over but don't want to do all the cooking (or for meetings!)
And if all this glorious food isn't enough, one percent of the profits go to support local non-profits. So every forkful is for a good cause! Fabulous food at a great price. This take out joint is most widely known by sweet tooth Beacon Hillers as a fro yo hot spot. However, it is so much more than that. Cafe Podima offers by delivery, pick up, or dine in, a vast array of sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, calzones, and soups. Hearty food at a great price, and the calzones really nip that hangover in the bud!

Cafe Latino offers authentic Latin cuisine and a full line of office catering options. The Menu offerings are home-made and include delicious choices including the Cubanos Sandwich and Chicken Fajita. This place will not disappoint. It is a unique, original lunch option amidst the sea of boring corporate joints. All dishes are served with rice, beans and plaintain....and complimentary latin music videos on the t.v while waiting to order!

El Triunfo is a popular take-out eatery in the easternmost part of South End. The store front is low-key, but the line out its front door at lunch time makes it easy to find this hidden gem. Not to worry though - service is quick and the line moves fast. Menus and decorations are done in a colorful "modern graffiti style". EXPANSION UNDERWAY: El Triunfo is taking over the adjacent storefront and will shortly have an expanded menu with additional grilled items and seafood, table service, and waitresses. Look for the "new" El Triunfo by Spring 2009. They expect to be able to offer beer and wine as well.

New South End spot on the eastern end of Tremont Street. Owned by the same family as Rome Pizza next door. European style cafe is the concept. Freshly made paninis, expresso, North End pastries, gelato, smoothies. Homemade hummus, grapeleaves, and other meditteranean staples. Chef used to be the chef at the Appleton Bakery Cafe.

A $10 minimum for all cards. This Theatre District spot has the best and biggest slices and huge, fresh salads to go or eat in! Counter service only.
