The Emmanuel College bookstore is located within the campus Administration Building on the Plaza Level. Emmanuel has handed over the operation of the bookstore to eFollett, a large national textbook and e-book distributer. Besides books, the EC bookstore also carries campus-themed apparel and souvenirs, as well as various convenience items. This location also will buy textbooks back at the end of every semester for a highly depreciated price. While they may not offer the best prices for these books, students have the option of receiving a gift card or store credit instead of cash. When used these gift cards typically yield an additional 10% off purchases made in-store or on eFollet's website.. The Emmanuel College Bookstore allows customers to pay with all major credit cards, cash, and Fenway Cash.

The Jean Yawkey Center built in 2004 is considered by many students to be the focal point in Emmanuel College campus life. This building contains many essential offices for the college and also serves as a study and "hang out" area. Given its proximity to both a constant source of food and classes, the Yawkey Center has been dubbed "the living room of Emmanuel " by President Janet Eisner, S.N.D. Here lies the Emmanuel College Cafeteria as well as the Atrium, a small addition to the cafeteria that serves food and snacks when the cafeteria is closed.

The Cardinal Cushing Library is home to Emmanuel College's 100,000+ periodicals and books, as well as their Academic Resource Center and computer labs. The building is entirely wireless so that students may complete their tasks comfortably in any of the study nooks contained within the library.
The Cushing Library is a member of two different partnerships for inter-library loans: the Fenway Libraries Online Network and the Fenway Libraries Consortium. Both alliances allow students to borrow from neighboring schools as well as the Boston Public Libraries.

The Library has limited hours during the summer months, but during the school year they operate Monday through Thursday 7:30am through 1am, Friday 7:30am through 8pm, Saturday 9am through 8pm, and Sunday 12pm through 1am.
