The Mills Gallery is associated with the Boston Center for Arts- in the South End of Boston. The Boston Globe recently called the Mills Gallery, "one of the city’s most innovative venues for contemporary art.” The Mills Galley shows five large exhibits every year, and has three individual spaces in order to have three artist's work showing at once. The Mills recently changed formats ('07) to produce more community-oriented shows. With a guest curator program and no designated visual art directors, the BCA's rep for innovation is in flux.
