The first floor offers 2 eateries: Au Bon Pain and Boloco, as well as one branch of the NU campus grocery store Wollaston's Market, and a Nutrition One, A physical therapy office is also in the same building.
The entry level has seating and free wireless, public bathrooms, and a little information kiosk with maps, walking guides, and free publications.
The second and third floors have all sorts of athletic facilities including a three lane suspended track. Free weights, weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, stationary bikes, and other equipment is available, as well as stretching areas. Several basketball and volleyball courts are usually full, with intermural leagues taking over many nights a week--check posted intramurals schedules. Group fitness classes and personal trainining are also available.

I love the fitness facilities here, the only thing that would make them better would be more TV's because I get bored out of my skull on the elliptical. All I have to say is thank heaven for my iPod. Some of the bike machines have monitors attached so that it's like you're in a video game while you cycle. I like how they provide towels and locks, so much less for me to carry back and forth. Nobody has an attitude here, it's pretty relaxed.
