Prezza Restaurant

Chef Anthony Caturano says that Prezza focuses on the peasant style cuisine his grandmother ate while growing up in the town of Prezza in Abruzzia, but seeks to enhance that model, focusing on old world style food, but with a heavy emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients, rich flavors, and robust portions. The restaurant also features a widely celebrated 8,000 bottle wine list from over 900 labels, with a a focus on Italian, French, and California wines. Valet parking is available for $18.
