I live in the Back Bay & absolutely love it. I've lived in Boston in this neighborhood from 1993-1997. After graduating from college I moved away for a few years, but Boston was calling me back and I returned in 2001. I've been here ever since. Boston is such a beautiful city...one of my favorites in the entire world. The history, the architecture, the people, the proximity to a variety of places (e.g. the ocean, the mountains, etc) make it the best place for me to be. It's my home and will always be in my heart & soul. I love being able to walk out my front door and have so many things available to me. I don't have a car (I use Zipcar if I need to use one),and I mostly bike or walk everywhere. It's so easy to get everywhere in this city without the aid of a car. Being able to walk or bike everywhere also keeps me physically active & healthy which is a HUGE bonus!! My favorite thing is to explore all of the neighborhoods and find little hole-in-the-walls or undiscovered places to go.
