Thank you for your contribution. You've taken a huge step to making Povo the "word on the street,"
and we appreciate it very much. Because of the complexity of the "wiki text" and code that can be used
on Povo, in order to edit this section in the future you must click the "edit" button to the right of the section

Acquire is just one of the latest chic shopping additions to the North End. The small space on Salem Street located next to Neptune Oyster and Moda is filled with treasures big and small. From vintage vases to modern platters, there is a little something for everyone regardless of their home's style here.
Grand opening is Oct. 1st
A paradise for the sweet-toothed, Dairy Fresh Candies is the North End's answer to Wonka's Chocolate Factory. Look no further for nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and gooey and gummy candy of all kinds ($4/lb and up). Large selection of gourmet chocolates ($13/lb) and fudge ($9/lb), along with fancy imported Italian crackers, cookies, and sauces. Because everything is pre-packaged in bulk at Dairy Fresh Candies (you better really like those Swedish fish), prices are substantially lower than at other candy stores in the Greater Boston area.

The name is of the town where the owners family is from in Italy. It's an intimate little restaurant with excellent service, where the little things add up to a truly wonderful experience. Their food is made to highlight not just the sauce but all the ingredients of the dish, and the pasta and bread are made fresh on site. You can really notice the care and attention given to every detail. Prices are typical of the expensive North End, with antipasti averaging $12, pastas at $17, and entrees costing up to $30
A bar for the 20 something crowd of the North End, Goody Glovers does pub food, trivia, outdoor seating, loud music, and beer pretty well. Goody's is a thin and small bar, so beware if you roll up with a large group. On the weekends the music is quite loud and not conducive to conversation.
Graffiti is a place for quick notes. Know the hours of a business but not sure where to put it? Did something just happen at this place? Leave some graffiti.
Sometimes street view does not point exactly to the right place. You may need to "drive around" a bit.
