Outdoor seating in the summer! Free Fresh Salsa Bar and coupons on the website. Free delivery offered. The largest burritos in the city. There is always a line at lunch time which tells you about the popularity of Viva. If you go late in the afternoon then you will be able to eat at your pace and relax with some friends. The restaurant isn't uptight so it's great for kids. Parking, however, is the worst. Gourmet ingredients include artichokes, lamb and Cajun blackened chicken. There's an assortment of seafood combinations with red snapper, shrimp or scallops as well as salads, crunchy tostados, chili, black bean soup and even beer.
